Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
